Do you ever feel swamped from the moment you wake up until your head hits the pillow, but don’t feel like you accomplished anything? Or, really, anything important?
That was the story of my life up until a few years ago. Days blended into one another, then into weeks, months and somehow years.
It was terribly depressing. Not to mention unhealthy.
At the end of too many days instead of focusing on what I had accomplished and what the day brought me, all I could think about was what I didn’t do or should’ve done. It was a real lack mentality that wasn’t getting me anywhere.
I found myself being really hard on myself too. Which is never a good thing.
To put an end to this pattern I created what I call a Wonderful Day worksheet that I’m excited to share with you here.
It includes simple, yet powerful, mini-exercises to help us make the most of every day, recognize what we have accomplished (even when it doesn’t feel that way) and give us more appreciation for each and every day.
Until now, I’ve only shared the Wonderful Day worksheet with a handful of clients, family and friends. The good news is we’ve all felt significantly better when using it.
So, I hope you do too!
